The emphasis is on demonstrating the tremendous range of Australian home-grown produce, accompanied by products from our orchards, vineyards, brewers and primary producers. The Extravaganza will feature Top Celebrity Chefs, who will cook meals from 100% Australian ingredients and talk about the quality of Australia produce in all of these areas.
The Living Farm Display promises to bring the country to the city in an unforgettable and unprecedented way. This visual spectacular will adorn the streets with raised garden beds containing fruit, vegetable, flour and grain produced across Australia and exciting livestock replicas. These eye-catching installations will highlight to local and international visitors from where the food on their plates originates and how it is grown.
